MASTER OF ARTS IN EDUCATION (MAED) SY 2023-2024 PACUCOA Level II status
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The Master of Arts in Education is designed for practicing school administrators and professional teachers who wish to improve their skills in administration to gain a wider understanding of the processes of school management within the context of a developing society. Furthermore, the program is also intended for professional teachers in the basic education and tertiary education who intends to specialize in teaching various learning subject areas such as English, Filipino, Math, Physical Education and Sports, Religious and Values Education and Science.
PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
The Angelite graduate of Master of Arts in Education program is expected to:
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge, skills, and values in the different areas of education.
- Demonstrate advanced research skills imbued with the highest moral and ethical standards to address pressing problems in various educational settings.
- Demonstrate independence in work that demand leadership in research, community extension and teaching and learning.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Any bachelor’s degree related to Education
- Original copy of the transcript of records
- Satisfactory interview results
- Four (4) copies of 1.5 x 1.5 latest photo
- Two (2) Letters of recommendation: College or University Professor and current or former employer
