ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES FOR S.Y. 2025-2026 (FOR COLLEGE FRESHMEN AND TRANSFEREES)

ENROLLMENT PERIOD starts APRIL 21, 2025

STEP 1: TESTING OFFICE (1ST Floor, St. Martha Building)
  • Course Verification


STEP 2: ADMISSIONS OFFICE (1ST Floor, St. Martha Building)
  • Submission of Requirements and Issuance of Permit to Enroll
    (if your Grade 12 Report Card is not yet available, you will need to sign a promissory note to proceed with the enrollment)

List of Requirements:

For Non-HAU Students:

  1. Original and photocopy Grade 12 Report Card
  2. Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
  3. Marriage Certificate (if married)
  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character from Senior High School
  5. Undertaking signed by the student and parent/guardian (can be downloaded from the HAU website or obtained from the Admissions Office)
  6. One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo

For HAU Students:

  1. Original and photocopy Grade 12 Report Card
  2. Undertaking signed by the student and parent/guardian (can be downloaded from the HAU website or obtained from the Admissions Office)
  3. One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo



STEP 3: DESIGNATED PAYMENT SITES (ACCORDING TO 1ST LETTER OF SURNAME)
  • Payment of Entrance Fee (present Permit to Enroll upon payment)

  • Encoding of subjects and printing of Registration Form (present tuition fee receipt and submit Permit to Enroll)
