ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES FOR S.Y. 2025-2026 (FOR COLLEGE FRESHMEN AND TRANSFEREES)
ENROLLMENT PERIOD starts APRIL 21, 2025
STEP 1: TESTING OFFICE (1ST Floor, St. Martha Building)
STEP 2: ADMISSIONS OFFICE (1ST Floor, St. Martha Building)
- Submission of Requirements and Issuance of Permit to Enroll
(if your Grade 12 Report Card is not yet available, you will need to sign a promissory note to proceed with the enrollment)
List of Requirements:
For Non-HAU Students:
- Original and photocopy Grade 12 Report Card
- Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from Senior High School
- Undertaking signed by the student and parent/guardian (can be downloaded from the HAU website or obtained from the Admissions Office)
- One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo
For HAU Students:
- Original and photocopy Grade 12 Report Card
- Undertaking signed by the student and parent/guardian (can be downloaded from the HAU website or obtained from the Admissions Office)
- One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo
STEP 3: DESIGNATED PAYMENT SITES (ACCORDING TO 1ST LETTER OF SURNAME)
- Payment of Entrance Fee (present Permit to Enroll upon payment)

STEP 4: RESPECTIVE DEAN’S OFFICE
- Encoding of subjects and printing of Registration Form (present tuition fee receipt and submit Permit to Enroll)

STEP 5: PGN BASEMENT
- ID image capturing and printing (present tuition fee receipt and Registration Form)
