Admission Procedures
Incoming College Freshmen
- Pay the processing fee of PHP500 at the University Finance Office or any payment channels of HAU: https://www.hau.edu.ph/finance Secure the payment receipt as this will be uploaded during the online application process.
Note: For on-site payment, visit the Admissions Office to secure an Application Fee Slip as this will be presented upon payment. - Fill out the online application through https://www.hau.edu.ph/admissions/online-application-details/college-applicants.Upload the payment receipt, Grade 12 copy of grades (1st grading period) and PSA/NSO Birth Certificate on the “documents” section.
- Get your entrance exam schedule from the Testing Center (for on-site application) or wait for the email of the Testing Center for your entrance exam schedule. Please check your inbox and spam folder to assure you have received the email.
Note:The results will be released one week after the entrance exam. Please proceed to the Testing Center to get your results. - Submit the requirements at the Admissions Office upon enrollment:

- EVALUATION: Present Official Transcript of Records at the Admissions Office (on-site/via email: pambrosio@hau.edu.ph) for evaluation and approval.
- PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE: If approved, pay processing fee of PHP550 at the Finance Office or any payment channels of HAU: https://www.hau.edu.ph/finance.
Note: For on-site payment, secure an Application Fee Slip from the Admissions Office as this will be presented upon payment. - ONLINE APPLICATION AND UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS: Prepare documents for uploading: Proof of payment (Processing fee), Official Transcript of Records, PSA/NSO Birth Certificate. Accomplish the online application through the HAU website: https://www.hau.edu.ph/. (Please check your inbox and spam folder for the email verification code). Upload required documents.
- ONLINE EXAM: The online exam will be sent to you by the Testing Office Wednesday of the following week.
- EXAM RESULTS: The exam results will be released a week before the enrollment period.
