Program Description
The Bachelor of Science in International Gastronomy was created for students who have the passion for the art and science of cooking. It was specifically designed to fast track one’s studies such that one may be able to attain a bachelor’s degree within 3 short years. It is an intensive program that combines effective use of culinary arts laboratories, classroom activities, research, as well as various simulation activities aimed to enhance student’s knowledge, skills and abilities to prepare them for employment.

The College Student Council seeks to unite and represent the student body in promoting student interests. The council spearheads various programs and activities to bring together the students and to develop awareness and involvement to relevant issues inside and outside the college.

The Concierge is the official student publication of the School of Hospitality & Tourism Management - Holy Angel University. The publication was born along with the official founding of then College of Hospitality Management and its student council.
