Program Description

The Bachelor of Science in International Gastronomy was created for students who have the passion for the art and science of cooking. It was specifically designed to fast track one’s studies such that one may be able to attain a bachelor’s degree within 3 short years. It is an intensive program that combines effective use of culinary arts laboratories, classroom activities, research, as well as various simulation activities aimed to enhance student’s knowledge, skills and abilities to prepare them for employment.
