Toga sizing and issuance instructions

College students of the School Year 2021-2022 (1st Semester) and SY 2020-2021 (Summer Term); and Graduate students of the School Year 2020-2021 (3rd Trimester) and of SY 2021-2022 (1st and 2nd Trimester) are advised to secure their toga by following these instructions:

1. Make sure you have completed your graduation clearance at the Registrar's Office. Those who have not paid the toga fee may settle this at the Finance Office. More information about the Graduation Fee may be viewed here: https://www.hau.edu.ph/finance/

2. Check your height and its corresponding measurement in centimeter (see measurement guide here: http://bit.ly/3p83Tn0) and email this information on or before March 4, 2022 to the following:

3. Issuance of toga starts on March 7 to 11, 2022  for those who will opt to do Virtual Graduation; and on March 30, for those who will attend the face-to-face graduation (after the rehearsal). Venue of toga distribution will be at the Student Center. Issuance of diplomas will follow the same schedule at the Registrar's Office. To claim, please present your Toga Contracts, which are available at the Finance Office once the Graduation Fees are settled.
