Virtual Commencement Exercises Instructions SY 2020-2021

All graduating students of the 1st Semester of School Year 2020-2021 will be having a Virtual Graduation Ceremony wearing their togas and showing their diplomas. The commencement exercises being planned will include Valedictory Speech, Angelite Speaker, Pinning of Medals, and other usual parts of the ceremonies, but all done ONLINE. Thus, the graduates will be issued their togas and diplomas so that they can video-record themselves at home with their parents/guardians. Graduates of the Summer Term and 2nd Semester of SY 2019-2020 who are interested to participate are also invited to join.

The releasing of toga for the forthcoming virtual graduation starts on February 2, 2021 until the 4th at the Campus Services Development Office (CSDO), Ground Floor of DJDN Building. To claim, please present your Toga Contracts, which are available at the Finance Office once the Graduation Fees are settled. List of the graduation fees can be found at https://www.hau.edu.ph/finance.

Diploma releasing 

is ongoing until February 2 at the Registrar's Office, located also at the same building. Note: Graduates during the Summer Term and 2nd Semester of School Year 2019-2020 who are interested to join the upcoming virtual graduation may also do so by following the same process of securing their toga and diploma.
