Toga sizing & issuance guide for previous graduates

College graduates of the School Year 2019-2020 (2nd Semester and Summer Term); SY 2019-2020 (2nd & 3rd Trimesters) and SY 2021-2022 (1st Trimester) for Graduate School who are interested to participate in the upcoming Virtual Commencement Exercises are advised to secure their toga by following these instructions:
Complete your graduation clearance at the Registrar's Office. (Please disregard if you have been previously cleared.) Those who have not paid the toga fee may settle this at the Finance Office until January 29, 2021. More information about the Graduation Fee may be viewed here: https://www.hau.edu.ph/finance/
Check your height and its corresponding measurement in centimeter (see measurement guide here: http://bit.ly/3p83Tn0) and email this information to the following:

Issuance of toga and diploma is from February 2 to 4, 2021 at the CSDO and Registrar's Offices, both at the Ground Floor of DJDN building. To claim, please present your Toga Contracts, which are available at the Finance Office once the Graduation Fees are settled.
