HAU-SOcommits in assisting BPC to improve IT Program

Holy Angel University (HAU) and Bulacan Polytechnic College (BPC) vowed to enhance their computing and information technology programs through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed on June 9, 2023.
The MOA signing ceremony took place in Malolos, Bulacan, and was attended by key representatives from both institutions. Present at the event were OIC College President Victoria Beth M. Sison, Mr. Paulo A. Victoria, Program Head of BSIS/ACT Department, and faculty members of BPC. Representing Holy Angel University's School of Computing (HAU-SOC) were Dr. Marlon I. Tayag, SOC Dean, Prof. Carisma Caro, IT Program Chairperson, Mr. Kalil Sig Yu, EMC Professor, and Mr. Bernard De Guzman, CSC Adviser.
The agreement signifies the shared commitment of HAU and BPC to foster academic collaboration and exchange of expertise in the field of computing and information technology. Under this partnership, teaching associates and students from both institutions will have the opportunity to engage in activities that promote knowledge-sharing, skills development.
Further, HAU will extend its expertise in curriculum development, and faculty training.
The MOA signing marked a significant step towards strengthening the computing and information technology programs in the region. It sets the stage for a fruitful partnership that will benefit students, teaching associates, and the academic community as a whole.
