The Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines Student Edition (ICpEP.se) serves as the training
ground for aspiring Computer Engineers and aims to aid them in order for them to become successful in
both the academic community and the industry.
ICpEP envisions itself as the foundation of first-rate Filipino computer engineering experts and the
promoter of interest towards excellence in computer engineering as a field of specialization.
ICpEP aims to:
• Build a network through member interaction and open communication between professionals
and graduates of computer engineering in the country. This is directed to the industry, academe
and government.
• Supporting members' professional careers through appropriate training and exposure.
• Expand computer engineering knowledge and specialization through research and development.
Created in 2008, ICpEP.se started with 11 schools, namely: Adamson University, Asia Pacific College,
Central Colleges of the Philippines, De La Salle University, Far Eastern University-East Asia College,
Mapua Institute of Technology, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Polytechnic University of the
Philippines-Manila, STI College-Recto, and Technological Institute of the Philippines-Manila and
Technological Institute of the Philippines -Quezon City. Now, ICpEP.se is composed of more than one
hundred (100) schools from all over the Philippines.
ICpEP.se strongly believes that uniting our would-be professionals will contribute to national
development and enhance people’s lives. With the support of industry and academe, ICpEP.se will
remain as a recognized professional organization of computer engineers. ICpEP.se seeks to engage all
Filipino computer engineering students to become active, involved and focused in achieving one
common goal: to become world-class computer engineers.
Anyone can become a member of the Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines Student Edition
(ICpEP.se) as long as they are a student of Holy Angel University enrolled in the Computer Engineering
program.
In order to become an official member of ICpEP.se HAU, students may approach or contact any of the
ICpEP.se Officers in order to be given the forms and documents that they will need to fill up and provide
in order to properly join the organization.
