Admission Requirements Submission for Graduate School

To all enrolled Graduate School students, kindly submit your complete admission requirements in hard copies to the HAU Admissions Office on or before September 10, 2020.
The list of the said requirements are as follows:
Masterate Program:
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Original Copy of Official Transcript of Records (TOR remarks should be for Holy Angel University copy)
- Two (2) copies of 1.5 x 1.5 latest photo
- Letter of Recommendation from current or former employer
Doctoral Program:
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Original Copy of Official Transcript of Records (TOR remarks should be for Holy Angel University copy)
- Two (2) copies of 1.5 x 1.5 latest photo
- Letter of Recommendation from current or former employer
For Transferees:
- Transfer Credentials / Honorable Dismissal
- Certified True Copy of Grades
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Two (2) copies of 1.5 x 1.5 latest photo
- Letter of Recommendation from current or former employer
For those who have already submitted but are incomplete, kindly submit the rest of the needed requirements.
