Dr. Niño M. Kabiling, Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education and Forensics (CCJEF) , has been named Most Notable Alumnus by the Philippine College of Criminology(PCCr) during its alumni recognition ceremonies held on February 24, 2026, at Dimalupig Hall A, AFP Commissioned Officers Club, Camp Aguinaldo.
