THE CRIMINOLOGY PROGRAM WAS AWARDED FOR ITS EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE IN DECEMBER 2022 BLEC

The Criminology program of the College of Criminal Justice Education and Forensics (CCJEF) was awarded for its exemplary performance in the December 2022 Board Licensure Examination for Criminologists (BLEC). The awarding transpired during the oath-taking of newly-registered Criminologists and their induction as new members of the Professional Criminologist Association of the Philippines (PCAP) held on March 22, 2023, at Bren Z. Guiao Sports Complex and Convention Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. 

The PCAP Region 3 Governor, Dr. Rhemrick Corpuz, PCAP Legal Counsel, and PRO Atty. Jeffrey Bajita handed the recognition plaque. Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) – Professional Regulatory Board for Criminology (PRB), Chairman Honorable Atty. Ramil Gabao, witnessed the awarding with the PRC-PRB members Honorable Lani T. Palmones, and Honorable Warren Corpuz. It was received by CCJEF Dean Dr. Niño M. Kabiling and Criminology Program Coordinator Mr. Emanuel Manahan.

 The Criminology program performed commendably in the December 2022 BLEC, with a 77.27% passing rate for the first takers and 70% overall against the National Passing Rate of 33.14%.
