Two teams of 4th year Computer Engineering students secured spots in the final round of the AI Fest 2025 Hackathon, held on August 11–13 in Iloilo City.

With the theme, “Code a Better Future: Responsible AI for Cities and Communities”, the remarkable feat of our students highlights their innovation, technical skills, and commitment to creating impactful AI solutions. Guiding them throughout this journey was their mentor and coach, Engr. Gina S. Tumang.

 

The two finalist teams from HAU are Team Pishda, composed of Jodi Moselle Alcantara, Audrey Anne Tan, John Michael De Jesus, Justine Angelo De Vera, and Christian Benjamin De Ness, and Team Angel-AI-t, composed of Arjay Ranzel Ramirez, Thegiodore Agellus Samson, Kevin Josh Santos, Nathaniel Mungcal, and Jerrold Angeles.
