Experience the Aircraft Before Stepping into the Hangar

Unlike conventional laboratory equipment, ADF's advanced training systems replicate the cockpit controls, aircraft system displays, monitoring pages, and maintenance interfaces found in modern commercial aircraft such as the Airbus A320 and Boeing 777. Students interact with equipment designed to closely mirror the systems and operational logic used in today's airline industry, creating an immersive and authentic learning experience. The trainers include realistic aircraft control panels, aircraft system monitoring displays, instructor stations, and dedicated fault simulation modules that enable comprehensive system operation and troubleshooting exercises.

 

Learning Through Realistic Fault Simulation

Aircraft maintenance professionals are not only expected to understand how systems operate—they must also be capable of diagnosing and correcting system failures efficiently and safely.

ADF trainers allow instructors to intentionally introduce a wide range of aircraft malfunctions and abnormal operating conditions. Students are challenged to identify faults, interpret aircraft indications and warnings, perform systematic troubleshooting procedures, and restore the systems to normal operation, closely replicating the decision-making process required in airline maintenance organizations.

This competency-based approach transforms theoretical knowledge into practical technical skills, ensuring graduates develop the confidence required before working on actual commercial aircraft. The instructor manuals include dedicated fault panels and operational scenarios that support realistic troubleshooting exercises across multiple aircraft systems.

Aircraft Turbine Fuel System Trainer (FCU-100B)

Students gain hands-on experience with a simulated turbine fuel system that reproduces commercial aircraft fuel operations, including fuel transfer, cross-feed, refueling and defueling procedures, overflow protection, engine fuel supply, aircraft monitoring displays, and instructor-controlled fault simulation.

Aircraft Cabin Pressurization System Trainer (CPS-100A)

This trainer replicates the environmental control and cabin pressurization systems used in transport-category aircraft. Students learn to manage bleed air, air conditioning packs, cabin pressure control, cockpit and cabin temperature regulation, passenger oxygen systems, and emergency scenarios while troubleshooting simulated system failures through an instructor fault panel.

Hydraulic Landing Gear Trainer (HYD-100B)
HYD-100B

Designed to simulate a commercial aircraft hydraulic landing gear system, this trainer enables students to operate normal and emergency landing gear extension and retraction, hydraulic systems, braking systems, spoilers, and fault diagnosis involving hydraulic pressure, fire warnings, low fluid levels, overheating, and emergency operations.
