COLLEGE APPLICANTS

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

 For foreign applicants, dual citizens and applicants born in the Philippines with foreign parents, please proceed to the Office of International Affairs or email Ms. Rowena Aguilar at raguilar@hau.edu.ph for the initial assessment of your requirements and proper documentation.

 

Incoming College Freshmen

 

Requirements for Application

  1. Payment Receipt (Processing Fee)
  2. Grade 12 Copy of Grades/Report Card (1st Grading Period)
  3. Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate

 

Requirements for Enrollment

  1. Original and photocopy Grade 12 Report Card
  2. Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
  3. Marriage Certificate (if married)
  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character from Senior High School
  5. Undertaking (please download here) signed by the student and parent/guardian
  6. One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

 Incoming College Freshmen  

 

  1. Pay the processing fee of PHP500 at the University Finance Office or any payment channels of HAU: https://www.hau.edu.ph/finance. Secure the payment receipt as this will be uploaded during the online application process. 


Note: For on-site payment, visit the Admissions Office to secure an Application Fee Slip as this will be presented upon payment.  

 

  1. Fill out the online application through https://www.hau.edu.ph/admissions/online-application-details/college-applicants. Upload the payment receipt, grade 12 copy of grades/report card (1st grading period) and PSA/NSO Birth Certificate on the “documents” section. 

 

  1. Get your entrance exam schedule from the Testing Center (for on-site application) or wait for the email of the Testing Center for your entrance exam schedule. Please check your inbox and spam folder to assure you have received the email.

 

Note: The results will be released one week after the entrance exam. Please proceed to the Testing Center to get your results.

 

  1. Submit the requirements at the Admissions Office upon enrollment:
    • Original and photocopy Grade 12 Report Card
    • Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
    • Marriage Certificate (if married)
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character from SHS
    • Undertaking (please download here) signed by the student and parent/guardian
    • One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo
