NSTP Students Attended Lecture on SWOT Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Planning

In preparation for their NSTP2 immersion this coming second semester, NSTP1 students, particularly those attending the Civic Welfare Training Services1 (CWTS1) and Literacy Training Services1(LTS1) components of NSTP, were given a talk on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) Analysis, Risk Assessment and Action Planning on October 21 at the University Theater.
The capability-building session which was delivered among three batches of students aimed to equip the learners with the basics of environmental scanning, needs assessment, and action planning.
Mr. James Jesus Pasamonte, a Registered Pharmacist, Educator, Consultant, Trainor, Scout Master, Manager, and Lay Leader served as the resource speaker in the said event.
