 Requirements for Application

  1. Copy of Grades / Report Card
  2. Payment Receipt (Processing Fee)
  3. Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate

 

Requirements for Enrollment

  1. Original and photocopy of Report Card
  2. Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
  4. Undertaking (please download here) signed by the student and parent/guardian
  5. One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

For foreign applicants, dual citizens and applicants born in the Philippines with foreign parents, please proceed to the Office of International Affairs or email Ms. Rowena Aguilar at raguilar@hau.edu.ph for the initial assessment of your requirements and proper documentation.

  1. Present copy of grades or Report Card at the Admissions Office for evaluation and approval.

 

  1. If approved, pay the processing fee of PHP350 at the University Finance Office or any payment channels of HAU: https://www.hau.edu.ph/finance. Secure the payment receipt as this will be uploaded during the online application process. 

 

 Note: For on-site payment, visit the Admissions Office to secure an Application Fee Slip as this    will be presented upon payment.  

 

  1. Fill out the online application through https://www.hau.edu.ph/admissions/online-application-details/junior-high-school-transferees-grade-8-to-10. Upload the payment receipt, copy of grades/report card and PSA/NSO Birth Certificate on the “documents” section. 

 

  1. Get your entrance exam schedule from the Testing Center (for on-site application) or wait for the email of the Testing Center for your entrance exam schedule. Please check your inbox and spam folder to assure you have received the email.

 

Note: The results will be released one week after the entrance exam. Please proceed to the Testing Center to get your results.

 

  1. Attend the pre-enrollment orientation on the scheduled date, then submit the requirements to proceed with the enrollment:

 

  • Original and photocopy Report Card
  • Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from Senior High School
  • Undertaking signed by the student and parent/guardian (to be downloaded from the website)
  • One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo
