GRADUATE SCHOOL APPLICANTS
Admission Procedure
Graduate School
- Present Official Transcript of Records at the Admissions Office (on-site/via email: pambrosio@hau.edu.ph) for the dean’s evaluation and approval.
- If approved, pay processing fee of PHP450 at the Finance Office or any payment channels of HAU: https://www.hau.edu.ph/finance.
Note: For on-site payment, secure an Application Fee Slip from the Admissions Office as this will be presented upon payment. - Fill-out online application through HAU website: hau.edu.ph. Then, upload payment receipt and Transcript of Records.
- Send payment receipt to pambrosio@hau.edu.ph for the essay exam.
- Wait for the results of the exam. If qualified, submit the hard copies of all the required documents at the Admissions Office (on-site/via courier) to secure permit to enroll (on-site/via email).
- Proceed to the Registrar’s Office or email the Assistant Registrar for pre-advising.
- Proceed to enrollment.

Admission Requirements
Graduate School
- Original copy of official Transcript of Records
- Transfer Credentials
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
- One (1) copy of 2 x 2 latest photo
- Letter of Recommendation from current employer
Transferees
- Transfer Credentials / Honorable Dismissal
- Certified True Copy of Grades
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
- One (1) copy of 2 x 2 latest photo
- Letter of Recommendation from current employer
Foreign Applicants
- Scholastic records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Post located in the student’s country of origin or legal residence;
- Duly notarized letter request from the applicant;
- Duly notarized General Application Form accomplished by the applicant (BI Form No. MCL-07-01);
- Original copy of the Notice of Acceptance (NOA) containing a clear impression of the school's official dry seal or a duly notarized written endorsement from the school for the conversion of the applicant's status signed by the school's Registrar;
- Original copy of Medical Certificate issued by the Bureau of Quarantine and International Health Surveillance or a government medical institution with competence to certify that the applicant is not afflicted with any dangerous, contagious or loathsome disease and is mentally fit;
- Plain photocopy of applicant's passport bio-page, latest admission and authorized stay;
- National Intelligence Coordinating Agency Clearance; and
- Bureau of Immigration (BI) Clearance Certificate.
- Interview with the Office of the International Affairs
Additional Requirement for Non-English Speaking Foreign Students
- Passed the TOEFL or TOEIC test.
- If Failed:
- Take and pass the Two Month English Language Course For Non-English Speaking Foreign Students
- Satisfactory Interview Result
