• ONLINE LIBRARY ORIENTATION

The Library provides orientation of the library services, collections, policies and guidelines. A specialized orientation was also given to familiarize library users in utilizing e-resources in order to maximize their use.

  1. Online Freshmen Orientation (for Grade 11 and freshmen college students)
    Steps
    1. Librarians will coordinate with the ITS and Academic Affairs on the schedule.
    2. Librarian will coordinate with the Deans about the set schedules and details of the orientation
    3. A zoom meeting will be set by the Librarians and send it to the faculty
    4. Documentation and attendance must be will be taken during the session like screenshot, etc.

  2. E-resources Orientation
    Steps on how to request E-Resources orientation?
    1. Make a letter of request (email or messenger) of orientation addressed to the Library Director. Please indicate the department, date and time
    2. A response letter will be sent once approved
    3. Requesting faculty will set zoom meeting and provide the code and ID to the Librarians.
    4. Documentation and attendance must be will be taken during the session like screenshot, etc.
