Texas Instruments Clark Philippines (TIPI) manufacturing plant specializing in final assembly and test operations of silicon integrated circuit chips.

For more than 80 years, Texas Instruments has used increasingly complex signal-processing technology – with advances ranging from the incremental to the revolutionary – to literally and repeatedly change the world. Every day, the semiconductor innovations help 90,000 customers unlock possibilities for a smarter, safer, greener, healthier and more enjoyable world. Focus on building a better future is ingrained in every operation, from responsible semiconductor manufacturing, to employee care and active involvement with the communities. TIers are a tremendously diverse group, coming from every continent, embracing scores of different cultures and viewpoints, and speaking dozens of languages; yet all share a passion for discovery. TI's amazing past is a prologue to an even more incredible future. TIPI has dreams big. The core beliefs are high ethical standards, respect for individuals, an appreciation for long-term relationships, a concern for the environment and a commitment to the communities.

To give flesh to the commitment to communities, Holy Angel University was awarded five (5) scholarship slots for Engineering students. These scholars are expected to maintain the grant awarded to them and eventually be part of TIPI workforce contributing to the company’s thrusts and ideals carrying the identity of a Holy Angel graduate. The students who passed the set criteria of TIPI Scholarship Program are: Kristine Jenica M. Maniago, Mark Anthony A. Ros, Kristian Darl D. Tuazon, Myca Angelee A. Tuazon and Nikko S. Velasquez.

The scholars received full grant and a monthly allowance. The scholarship is a continuing grant subject to policies set in the memorandum of agreement between Texas Instruments Philippines and Holy Angel University.
