Angelians reach out to the malnourished children

Holy Angel University High School Department held its annual Bigay Puso at Don Ambrocio Mendiola Elementary School (DAMES) last December 19, 2009.The aforementioned outreach program aimed to help the 33 children and their families in their less fortunate situations. The 33 children are said to be under nourished and have been part of the Feeding Program of the high school department.

Mrs. Shirley Marquez, the Outreach Activity Coordinator, headed the teachers in conducting a simple program for the beneficiaries as well as for the school administrators and staff of DAMES. Teachers performed some dance numbers while others initiated games that provided exciting goodies and prizes. Everyone enjoyed the program that ended with the distribution of goods to parents that were donated by the students, teachers, and administrators of the HAU High School Department. The Bigay Puso has always been a success every year.
