CLE, ICFSI facilitate ‘Bible Conference’ for college studes

The Christian Living Education (CLE) Department and the Institute for Christian Formation and Social Integration (ICFSI) hosted the "Bible Conference: The Relevance of the Bible in the Life of the Filipino Millennials" on September 20, 2018 at the University Theatre and the Chapel of the Holy Guardian Angels.


The conference was held in three sessions with the following speakers: Sr. Auria U. Arabit, SdP, PhD, Theology professor from the graduate school of Theology and Religious Education Department of De La Salle University in Manila; and Bro. Roman Harold Espeleta, OP, a lay member of the Dominican Third Order in the Philippines, a widely sought after speaker on spirituality and scriptures served as resource speakers of the said conference. With the theme, “The Relevance of the Bible in the Life of the Filipino Millennials”, the event aimed at nurturing the devotion of the youth with the Word of God in the scriptures as well as developing personal interest in reading and sharing the Scriptures. Attendees were Theology 101 students from across the eight (8) colleges.
