HS Class of ’68 (The Victors) celebrates Golden Anniversary Reunion

Holy Angel University HS Class of 1968 (The Victors) celebrated their 50th anniversary and Golden Jubilee Reunion and Alumni Homecoming last February 10.

The Victors kicked off their homecoming celebration with a thanksgiving mass at the Chapel of the Holy Guardian Angel officiated by Rev. Fr. Jayson Miranda. Right after the thanksgiving mass, the batch proceeded to Plaza San Jose, DJDN building for the main event.

Ms. Charmaine Santos, one of the members of the head organizing committee of the batch, delivered her welcome remarks before over 60 balikbayan batchmates who graced the event. Dr. Luis Maria R. Calingo, University President, delivered a video message to the batch congratulating them for their batch milestone.

The batch also paid tribute to their former teachers who attended the event:

Ms. Lydia F. Payoyo (Biology and Chemistry), Ms. Clarita Bunagan-Flores (Math & Filipino), Ms. Leticia Francisco-Figueroa (Science), Ms. Conception Medina-Cruz (Chemistry), Ms. Fredeswinda Narciso-Bauzon (Science I & II), Ms. Ma. Rafaela Henson (Algebra), Ms. Agnes Antonio-Mallari (English), Ms. Avelina Espiritu-Evangelista (Biology) and Ms. Corazon Catacutan (Biology).

The occasion featured dance presentations, raffle games and song numbers from members of the batch.

Holy Angel University values the importance of its alumni who are always welcome to go back home and celebrate their batch milestone.
