Entitled “Strengthening Higher Education Capacity in the Health Care and Social Service Areas in the Philippines in Partnership with a Philippine University”, the project supported higher education capacity in community nursing education, improved capability-building in disaster response education, and spurred community and countryside development, particularly in an Aeta village in Porac, Pampanga.

The closing rites also marked the completion of the 2018 English Language Course and Joint Community Outreach Program.

Dr. Luis Maria R. Calingo, HAU President, led the University in thanking and congratulating Kkottongnae University, represented by a delegation of KU administrators headed by Dr. Eun-Mi Yang, Dean of Planning and Director of Global Catholic Education Center, for the successful partnership and collaboration by the two universities on the project which ran from March 2016 to February 2018.
