Maria Amelia A. Murla and Catherine dela Luna, 4th year Communication students of Holy Angel University, were included in the Top 10 out of 78 interns in the recently concluded TV Production Internship last May 2 to June 5, 2017 at ABS-CBN.

Dubbed as Project222, media and engineering students from various colleges and universities all over the country have gathered to experience the holistic training program of the Kapamilya network, giving all the qualified interns the opportunity to explore different fields such as TV Production, Creative Writing and Digital Media Development.

Due to their exemplary performances in all the activities, immersions and workshops combined, Murla and dela Luna were recognized as top performers of Project222 by ABS-CBN's Creative Managers and Business Unit Heads led by Celeste Lumasac (Executive Producer), Ricardo Lee (Creative Consultant), Rodora dela Cerna (Production Manager), Jude Javier (Head, HR Broadcast), Elaine Uy (OIC-Head, Digital Media) and Laurenti Dyogi (Head, TV Production).

Both interns received Kapamilya merchandise, gift certificates and opportunity for future employment. Meanwhile, Murla and another HAU intern, Maica Elaine Abrea, alongside LLA team won Best Non-Narrative Concept for a talkshow titled "Travel Battle", one of the 3 major awards during Project222 graduation.

"We are humbled by this experience. It goes to show Comm students' versatility, making their marks even in a network as big and as competitive as ABS-CBN," Murla quipped after receiving the award.
