Holy Angel University (HAU) - College of Hospitality & Tourism Management (CHTM) partnered with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) for their March 2017 Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) program last March 14, 2017. The delegates included masterate students in Environmental Management, and Innovation & Business of the Asian Institute of Management (Philippines), Yale University (USA), Indian Institute of Management (India), EGADE (Mexico), and Hitsobashi University (Japan).

AIM's visit included a short classroom session at Casa Nena on Kapampangan Cuisine with Chef Saira Yap, Culinary Arts instructor, as resource speaker. The delegates were served Kapampangan lunch prepared by CHTM trainees of Cafe Juan under the supervision of Chef Amelito Jocson. After which, walking tour was facilitated by Holy Angel Travel Services (HATS) overseen by HATS supervisor, Mr. Princess Ann Anunciacion. The said activity started at the Pamintuan Mansion, Museo ning Angeles, Holy Rosary Parish Church and ended at the Center for Kapampangan Studies. Kapampangan afternoon snacks were served at Cafe Juan by CHTM students.

The AIM delegates were welcomed by Dr. Gertrude Tuazon (CHTM Dean), and Mr. Tyron Yap (CHTM Program Chairperson). Dr. Alma S. Espartinez (VP for Academic Affairs) also joined the CHTM administrators and staff.
