DOST Executive Committee visits HAU

The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) National Executive Council visited Holy Angel University last September 14, 2019 after their Policy and Planning Workshop held at Balanga, Bataan. HAU was chosen by DOST as one of the institutions to be visited in Pampanga because of the following reasons: HAU has various Research and Development projects funded by the Agency; HAU being a host of DOST’s Balik Scientist Program; and the establishment of the Encephalon, HAU’s Technology Business Incubator (TBI).

HAU holds Claude Tayag’s book launch, exhibits arts

Last September 13, 2019, Holy Angel University showcased the vibrant watercolor artworks of Kapampangan artist Claude Tayag in the book launch and watercolor painting exhibit held at the University’s Cafe Juan. Claudio Suarez Tayag, popularly known as Claude Tayag, is a renowned chef, food writer, and a seasoned painter who was born in Pampanga. Angeles City Vice Mayor Vicky Vega and Former Mayor Ed Pamintuan were among the notable personalities who also graced the event which launched the book “A Watercolor Journey”, published under the Holy Angel University Press.
