SOC students win RAITE 2023 Mobile Development Competition

The School of Computing (SOC) students emerged as champions in the Mobile Development Competition of the 

Regional Assembly on Information Technology Education (RAITE) 2023.


Erl Joshua Vergara (4th Year) and Mark Joseph Buduan (3rd Year) Computer Science students and coached by Prof. Ma. Louella M. Salenga bested the other participants. The 7-hour competition included the process of coding, pitching, developing the application, and running the prototype. 


The event was hosted by the Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators (PSITE) Region 3.
