Two international nurse academics visit SNAMS for research collaboration

The School of Nursing and Allied Medical Sciences hosted international nurse educators this week. Asst. Prof. James Montegrico, PhD, RN, CMSRN of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Prof. Violeta Lopez, PhD, RN, FACN of Australia’s Central Queensland University visited on July 12 and 15, 2022 respectively. Both visits cemented the partnership between their institutions and the School. Primarily, the academic staff’s research portfolio will be enriched with their involvement as members of multi-country research projects. Furthermore, the collaborations are extended to building the School’s repertoire of evidence-based teaching practice.
