Having problems with the HAU tablets? Follow these steps!

Bring your tablets to the HAU booth beside St. Martha Building (Same place it was issued, every Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm) along with your School ID for TROUBLESHOOTING, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
You may also try troubleshooting your unit by doing the following:
- Avoid downloading applications that are unnecessary for online learning
- Do not run applications simultaneously. Make sure to always close unused apps.
- Remove apps that are not frequently used, to save storage.
- You may opt to extend your storage memory by purchasing SD memory cards.
Reminders:
The HAU tablets have been issued for free for academic purposes only. Use of unrelated programs may reduce the speed of the unit. Please text your concerns and issues directly to the Office of Scholarships and Grants at 0999-763-1916 or the H@UweConnect secretariat at 0933-575-0234 as stipulated in the contract.
