On March 12, 2025, selected HAU non-teaching personnel (NTP) and employees facilitated a whole day of community extension activities dubbed as: “PAMIADUANGAN king Sitio Pangulo-Balaraw”: A Volunteerism Day Immersion cum Bigay-Puso Outreach Activity of the HAU-NTP at Sitio Pangulo-Balaraw, Sapang Bato, Angeles City. Donors and volunteer employees were able to give their hearts and spend time with 80 families composed of more than 220 individuals.

The volunteers were grouped and assigned to facilitate educational games, storytelling, hygiene sessions, and pamiaduangan sessions that the various sectors of the Aeta community—women, men, elderly, youth, and children—and the volunteers alike enjoyed very much. Game winners per group brought home prizes that included laundry items, educational toys, and school supplies. The beneficiaries received bed foams and pillows courtesy of the Campus Services and Development Office (CSDO), as well as grocery packs, tokens, and meals sourced out from the hearty donations of the HAU community, especially the non-teaching personnel and administrators.

Thanks to the generous support of donors, OCES, with the invaluable assistance of the NTP Community Service Consultative Body (CSCB) Representative Mr. Arnold Cabrera, was able to mobilize the engagement of a total of 47 volunteers and generate for the event the amount of Php 38,450.00 from the HAU departments, supplementing the Php 5,000.00 subsidy from the HAU Ancillary Services funds and the allocation of some canned goods from the Mass offerings in kind by the Campus Ministry Office (CMO).
