HAU CCJEF Alumni Shines as Outstanding Personnel in the 3rd Quarter BJMP's Best Awards

Two proud alumni of Holy Angel University’s College of Criminal Justice Education and Forensics (CCJEF) were among the honorees recognized in the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Regional Office III’s 3rd Quarter BJMP’s Best awards, highlighting their exemplary service and dedication to public safety.

JO2 Mariel P. Anzaldo, an alumna of CCJEF BS Criminology Batch 2016, was hailed as the Best Female JNOR of the Quarter – Regional Office, a recognition given to outstanding female Jail Non-Officer Ranks (JNOR) who have demonstrated professionalism, leadership, and commitment to duty. Her distinction reflects her exemplary performance and embodiment of the Bureau’s core values of integrity, justice, and service.

Meanwhile, JSINSP Jonathan Christopher Troy G. Laguda, an alumnus of CCJEF BS Criminology Batch 2014 from Camiling Municipal Jail, secured the title of Top 2 Best Municipal Jail Warden of the Quarter, recognizing his excellence in jail management, rehabilitation programs, and leadership that promote the welfare and reformation of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).
Both awardees exemplify the competence and values instilled by HAU CCJEF in shaping future leaders in law enforcement and corrections. Their accomplishments underscore the University’s mission of producing graduates who are committed to building a safer and more humane society.
