The HAU Store Purchasing Procedures

A. ON-SITE

  • Step 1: Customer shall secure an assessment slip from HAU Store Staff assigned at the Computer Laboratory Room, 1st floor of the University’s STL Building.
  • Step 2: Payment shall be made at the Cashiers’ Station located in the same room
  • Items are to be claimed at the HAU Store with Windows 1 and 2 (facing the “Kamulatan” wall sculpture) catering to clients whose surnames start from A to L and Window 3 (located at the former Chapel facing the HAU Gymnasium) serving clients with surnames beginning from M to Z.

Note: The Student Center (Adjacent to Café Juan), is the designated QUEUING AREA for claiming of books, garments, etc., by customers with surnames starting with letters A to L.

The MGN LOBBY, is the designated QUEUING AREA for claiming of books, garments, etc. by customers with surnames starting with letters M to Z.


B. ONLINE (ON-SITE PICK-UP)

(The Administrators of online purchasing of books, garments, supplies, etc., usually respond to your email from Monday to Friday during office hours at 8:00 am to 4:00 pm)

  • Step 1: Check out the list of books and other items found on this Facebook link: https://bit.ly/HAUBooks
  • Step 2: Select the items to purchase from the list presented therein (books, garments, supplies, etc.)
  • Step 3: Send us your order through email at hauestore@gmail.com. Please, indicate Student’s Name, Student Number, and Contact Information.

    Sample format:

    • Student Number: 135267

    • Order List (Sample):
      • 1 pc. Skill Builders, Grade 7
      • 1 pc. Pinagyamang Pluma
      • 1 pc. MAPEH
      • 1 pc. Exploring Life

      • 1 pc. TLE Leaps
      • 1 pc. Essential English
      • 1 pc. Tinig
      • 2 yards of cloth for blouse
  • Step 4: Wait for a confirmation from the HAU Store’s email address. A copy of an assessment slip containing the list of items you ordered with their corresponding prices, and total amount will be sent to your email address.
  • Step 5: Pay the total amount of your items online through the following payment options:

GCASH SCAN TO PAY: (Still up for activation. Please wait for further updates.)

  1. Download a GCASH APP on Google Play Store or App Store
  2. Log-in using 4 digit M-Pin
  3. Click “Pay QR”
  4. Scan the QR Merchant Code
  5. Type the total amount of all the items to be purchased
  6. Review the transaction details and confirm
  7. Receive a successful confirmation
  8. Take a screenshot of the Reference No.

  • Step 6: Email hauestore@gmail.com with the screenshots of the proof of payment, such as the GCASH Reference No. or your deposit slip (indicate student name, student no., and details of payment; e.g., Joan Dela Cruz, 135267, books) for bank payments
  • Step 7: HAU Store will send you a confirmation that you have successfully paid the total amount of the items you have ordered. Details of pick-up will be forwarded to your email.

Note: Processing of orders is within three (3) working days from the date of payment. On-site pick-up of purchased items that were paid online is scheduled on Wednesdays and Fridays at the lobby of the Saint Martha Hall.


C. ONLINE PURCHASE WITH DELIVERY

(The Administrators of online purchasing of books, garments, supplies, etc., usually respond to your email from Monday to Friday during office hours at 8:00 am to 4:00 pm)

  • Step 1: Check out the list of books and other items found on this Facebook link: https://bit.ly/HAUBooks
  • Step 2: Select the items to purchase from the list presented therein (books, garments, supplies, etc.)
  • Step 3: Send us your order via our email address: hauestore@gmail.com. . Indicate your full name, address (place of delivery), and contact numbers.

    Sample format:

    • Address: 312 Kuliat St., Barangay Maimpis, City of San Fernando
    • Contact No.: 0918-143-4444

  • Step 4: Wait for a response. A copy of an assessment slip containing the list of items you ordered with their corresponding prices, delivery fee and the total amount will be sent to your email address.
  • Step 5: Pay the total amount of your items online through the following payment options:
