INCLL Summer Workshops 2016

As a yearly offering to HAU employees’ children and external clients, the Imang Nena Center for Lifelong Learning summer workshops have produced 160 graduates in different fields. The month-long courses were concluded in a recital held at the PGN Auditorium on May 16, 2016. Apart from the gained skills, the program gives HAU employees the benefit of a socialized fee for their children’s summer workshops along with summer community exposure experience dubbed as the Good Little Samaritan Outreach Activity.

Part of the INCLL Summer Workshop Program is the provision of subsidy for the training of a chosen sector. For the pilot year of this initiative, special children were chosen as the sector to be given free training as community extension component of the INCLL Summer Workshops. Twenty (20) pupils from Angeles Elementary School’s Special Education Department were able to attend Theater Workshop sessions facilitated by an able HAU student trainer. The children also joined the recital held on May 16, 2016.
