College

Incoming College Freshmen

Steps
  1. Pay the processing fee of P400 at any accredited banks of HAU or at the university finance office and secure the receipt/payment slip (If paying on campus, get admissions kit at the admissions office; if not, get admissions kit when able prior enrollment)
  2. Online application through www.hau.edu.ph/application
  3. Upload payment slip and proof of enrollment when filling up the online application
  4. Wait for a notification on your email of your application, answer the given questionnaires (check spam box as well)
  5. Once accomplished, prepare the Form 137 and form 138 for submission to the Testing Center
  6. Release of results (date and steps for receiving results to be announced)
  7. Once results with student number have been received, pay the reservation fee either at the accredited banks of HAU or at the university finance office and secure the receipt/payment slip
  8. Submit the following requirements either via courier delivery or going on-campus to the admissions office:
    • Original and photocopy of Form 138 (Report Card)
    • College Entrance Test
    • NSO/PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
    • Marriage Certificate (if student is married)
    • Recommendation letter from Senior High School (template issued along with admissions kit)
    • Undertaking signed by student and parent (issued along with admissions kit)
    • One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo
  9. Proceed to enrollment on the scheduled date

Senior High School

Steps
  1. Pay the processing fee of P300 at any accredited banks of HAU or at the university finance office and secure the receipt/payment slip (If paying on campus, get admissions kit at the admissions office; if not, get admissions kit when able prior enrollment)
  2. Online application through www.hau.edu.ph/application
  3. Upload payment slip and proof of enrollment when filling up the online application

Steps
  1. Present the following credentials through email (admissions@hau.edu.ph)
    • Latest Certified True Copy of Grades for evaluation purposes
  2. Evaluation of grades/credentials by the evaluator and approval from the Dean through email
  3. Pay the processing fee of P400 at any accredited banks of HAU or at the university finance office and secure the receipt/payment slip (If paying on campus, get admissions kit at the admissions office; if not, get admissions kit when able prior enrollment)
  4. Online application through www.hau.edu.ph/application
  5. Upload payment slip and copy of grades when filling up the online application
  6. Wait for a notification on your email of your application, answer the given questionnaires (check spam box as well)
  7. Release of results (date and steps for receiving results to be announced)
