- Make sure you have secured an endorsement (via email) from the Principal’s office through the Admissions Office. If not, kindly email email@example.com for the process.
- Prepare requisite document:
Copy of grades or Report Card (to be uploaded as document 1)
- Pay the non-refundable application fee of two hundred pesos (P200.00) at any accredited banks or payment channels of HAU: https://www.hau.edu.ph/finance
Scan a clear copy of the payment slip / proof of payment and upload it during the online application process.
Note: If you wish to pay on campus, visit the Admissions Office for the Application Fee Slip as this will be presented upon payment.
- Fill in all the required information on the Online Application.
- Review all the information you have entered before saving since the form is non-editable.
Reminder: Make sure to enter your correct contact information as you will be receiving an email notification. To ensure you have received the notification, check your spam folder as well.
