  3. Diploma
  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
  5. Undertaking (please download here) signed by the student and parent/guardian
  6. One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

College Transferees, 2nd Coursers and Methods of Teaching

  

  1. Present Certified True Copy of Grades or Official Transcript of Records at the Admissions Office for evaluation and approval.

 

  1. If approved, pay the processing fee of PHP500 at the University Finance Office or any payment channels of HAU: https://www.hau.edu.ph/finance. Secure the payment receipt as this will be uploaded during the online application process. 


Note: For on-site payment, visit the Admissions Office to secure an Application Fee Slip as this will be presented upon payment.  

 

  1. Fill out the online application through https://www.hau.edu.ph/admissions/online-application-details/college-transferee-applicants. Upload the payment receipt, Certified True Copy of Grades / TOR and PSA/NSO Birth Certificate on the “documents” section. 

 

  1. *For college transferees, get your entrance exam schedule from the Testing Center (for on-site application) or wait for the email of the Testing Center for your entrance exam schedule. Please check your inbox and spam folder to assure you have received the email.

 

*For 2nd coursers and Methods of Teaching, please proceed to step 5.

 

Note: The results will be released one week after the entrance exam. Please proceed to the Testing Center to get your results.

 

  1. Submit the requirements at the Admissions Office upon enrollment:
  • Honorable Dismissal (for college transferees only)
  • Certified True Copy of Grades (for college transferees only)
  • Official Transcript of Records (for 2nd coursers and Methods of Teaching)
    • Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
    • Marriage Certificate (if married)
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
    • Undertaking signed by the student and parent/guardian (to be downloaded from the website)
    • Barangay Clearance
    • One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo
