Title: Finance Office Advisory on Payments and Refunds

The Finance Office will be accepting payments for tuition, back accounts, and other fees from 9:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.

To enrolling students who have paid their tuition and back accounts at our accredited banks, please allow three days to process your payment from the date you have emailed your deposit slip to the Finance Office. This is due to the influx of transactions during this enrollment period.

Claiming of refunds will be at the Accounts and Collection Office every Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Title: SY 2020-2021 Enrollment and Opening
Date: April 24, 2020

Dear Angelites, the Philippine Government has recently extended Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in Central Luzon until May 15, 2020. The Government has also moved to September 2020 the opening of schools in quarantined areas, except for online learning. In view of these, please be advised of the following updates on School Year 2020-2021 enrollment and classes opening schedules:

  1. The first day of enrollment for the First Semester of SY 2020-2021 will be moved from Monday, April 27, to Monday, May 18.
  2. The first day of the First Semester of SY 2020-2021 will be on Wednesday, July 15.
  3. The virtual General Assembly of all HAU employees will be on Friday, July 17.
  4. The first day of online instruction for College will be on Monday, July 20.
  5. The first day of online instruction for Basic Education will be on Monday, August 3.
  6. Blended education, which includes the option of on-campus student activities under social distancing, will begin when the Government allows social mobility of students.

The above timeline is subject to review and revision, subject to changes in our regulatory environment.

Title: Summer Term Advisory on Fees

Students with back accounts for Second Semester SY 2019-2020, as well as students who cannot afford the enrollment downpayment, shall be allowed to attend and participate in online summer classes if they enlist with their respective Dean or Chairperson (see list of Deans’ and Chairpersons’ contact numbers here: https://bit.ly/2RhAqrY).

They shall be considered officially enrolled after settling their back accounts from Second Semester and paying a minimum of P1,000 enrollment downpayment on or before the summer midterm exams (May 4). Moreover, the University has reduced the amount of miscellaneous fees for summer term from P5,935 to P2,982, which includes registration, online library and medical services and Internet/network fees.
