Guidelines on the Request of the
Use of University Theatre

Submit letter of request address to madam president noted by their immediate superior together with the accomplished theatre requisition form from the theatre administration office.

Note: Stage play and film viewing are subject for review by the committee in-charge prior to the procedure for approval.
Submit copies of approved requisition form to the following offices:
- President Office
- Theatre Administration Office
- Edtech Office
