The Ricardo V. Flores Library (High School Library) welcomes all students, teachers, and staff for their quiet study, research and recreational reading. The library’s collection includes over 30,00 books, over 80 titles of serials/periodicals (journals, magazines, newspapers) and more than 4,000 instructional media materials (DVD, VCD, ACD, Cassette Tapes, Transparencies, Slides, Kits, Models Manipulative, Maps, and Posters, Pictures and other graphics materials) The Library is open from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday-Friday and 8:00am - 12:00nn every Saturday. It is a two-storey Library which is located at the 2nd and 3rd Flr Archbishop Pedro Santos (APS) Annex. It is staffed with 4 full-time qualified librarians, 1 part-time multi-media coordinator and 20 student assistants.
HS Library Circulation Section
This is where the general collections are maintained and transactions relating to borrowing/ returning of books, signing of clearance and payment of overdue fines are done.
HS Library Reference Section
This is a section in the library where informational or general references such as Dictionaries, Encyclopedias, Handouts, Manuals, and Yearbooks are found.
HS Library Filipiniana Section
This section in the Library houses collections on and about the Philippines and the Filipino people.
HS Library Serials Section (Periodicals)
This is a section in the Library where its clienteles can read magazines, journals and newspapers.
HS Library Electronic Resource Service Area (ERSS)
This section is divided into three areas namely: Internet Station, CD-ROM Station and Multimedia Corner. Additional services such as hands on and printing services can be availed of in this area.
HS Library Professional Section
This area houses professional books meant to keep teachers abreast of the latest trends in their profession.
HS Instructional Media Center (IMC)
The Instructional Media Center houses different forms of audio and video materials designed for effective classroom instruction. This contains materials such as CD cassettes, Video Compact Discs, Digital Video Discs, VHS Tapes, Cassette tapes, Transparencies, Slide, Maps, Posters, Pictures, Charts, Manipulatives, and different equipment such as Television sets, DVD Players, VCD players, VHS players, Slide projectors, Overhead projectors, Cassette players and more.
