CHED provided a trust fund to HAU intended for graduating students.

Requirements:

1. A parent should be the loan signatory
2. The loan will cover up to eight thousand (P8,000) pesos payable in five months
3. A permanent employee of HAU should act as co-maker of the borrower

Procedure:

4. Borrower seeks endorsement from the Head of Finance Office and presents to USGO
5. USGO issues Application Form to borrower upon presentation of the endorsement slip.
6. Borrower submits accomplished Application form signed by the parent and the co-maker to USGO
7. USGO reviews the application
8. After approval, USGO returns the approved endorsement slip to the borrower
9. Borrower presents the approved endorsement slip to Finance Office for
10. USGO submits the List of qualified borrower to Finance Office
