100% discount on tuition fees with free books is granted to the Top 10 graduates of the SPED Class of Angeles Elementary School and Sto. Rosario Elementary School. The scholarship is good up to 4th year as long as the student is able to satisfy the following conditions:

Qualifications:

1. He/She must have a general average of 88% and above.
2. Grades in all grading periods should not be lower than 80%.
3. The grade in Conduct should not be lower than 88%

Requirements:

1. A certification from the Principal attesting his/her academic standing and good moral character
2. A Certificate of Recognition specifying his/her rank
3. A Graduation Program
4. Must have passed the Entrance Test
