Academic Scholars who are motivated to improve their communication skill in English and at the same time interested to gain Korean friends are invited to sign up in the English Language Program Buddy System.

A HAU scholar is paired with a Korean student from Namseoul University who is in the University to study English. Both students are given the opportunity

• to improve their speaking skills and confidence in the use of the English Language;
• to discuss aspects of their culture; and
• to enrich their knowledge in the academic program they are pursuing.
