Dr. Emmanuel Grant and Dr. Ronald Marsh visited the University to discuss the Recruitment Seminar of the University of North Dakota among the Engineering and Information Technology students of Holy Angel University and other schools in Pampanga. A team of UND administrators will come to conduct the seminar.
The linkage between the two (2) Universities shall be in the areas of faculty-student exchange, research and study abroad program for undergraduate and graduate students.

A delegation from the Korean Government headed by Mr. Kim Hong Il, Director General of Narcotics and Organized Crime Division and Mr. Choi Joong Kyung, Republic of Korea Ambassador visited the country to implement the ASEAN-ROK Knowledge Transfer on Narcotics Crime by the Republic of Korea with the Republic of the Philippines through the Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) last April 21 – 24, 2009.
On April 23, Angeles City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ACADAC) hosted the Anti-Illegal Drug Awareness Campaign. Holy Angel University allowed the use of its Theater as the venue of the affair. It also had its President, Dr. Arlyn S. Villanueva as one of the principal speakers.

On September 8, 2008, the Namseoul University Administrators led by its Vice-President, Dr. Yun Seok Lee, made a courtesy call to the HAU President, Dr. Arlyn S. Villanueva. Together with Dr. Lee were Dr. Gwang Young Lee, Dean of Planning and Management and Dr. Heon Yong Jung, Dean of External Affairs and Cooperation. They were welcomed by the Head of International Affairs Office and NSU Foreign Adviser in the Philippines, Rev. Tae Hyun Kim. The HAU members of Administration were also present.
A short meeting was held to discuss the HAU and NSU partnership of offering the Dual Degree Program. The NSU Administrators also conducted an ocular inspection of the facilities and classroom observations of the English Language Course offered to Korean students.

Dr. Heon Yong Jung, Dean of External Affairs and Cooperation, Namseoul University, acted as a visiting foreign lecturer in the College of Business and Accountancy, and taught the topic Financial Derivatives in the subject International Accounting from August 11 to 14, 2008.
