Holy Angel University acknowledges that one of the means of attaining its Mission is to enhance the professional growth and development of its instructors. It recognizes the need to expose them to global best-practices and the realities in various disciplines. It also continuously endeavors to identify members of its faculty who can best project the image of the University as a higher institution of learning, research and service to its community. It provides for professional growth for its faculty under the terms of the Agreement of Cooperation with NAMSEOUL UNIVERSITY which was formally signed on 21 March 2006 provides for a Faculty Exchange Program.

• College of Business and Accountancy
  

  Mr. Rio Yutuc, a faculty member from the Department of Business Management, is in Namseoul University as an exchange faculty in the Business Administration Department of the said University. This arrangement commenced on 1 March 2009 and shall end on 28 February 2010.

• College of Nursing
  

  Namseoul University has expressed its intention to invite three (3) faculty members of the College of Nursing to teach for one (1) year, that is, from December 2009 to December 2010.
