- Take CET and await for posting of CET results
- Institutional Testing Center

Present the Following:
- College Application Form
- Recommendation Form
- Form138, if available
- Individual interview with Guidance Counselor
- Location: University Guidance Center (SJD Hall - Ground Floor)
Step 5
Submit the Following Credentails in HAU yellow envelope:
- College Application Form
- Form138, (Report Card)
- Birth/Baptismal Certificate
- Get Consultation Slip
- Location: Admissions Office - Main Building(Ground Floor)
Step 6
- Attend Consultation with Parent
- Sign and Submit Undertaking
- Get Permit to Enroll
- Location: Function Hall (CaseRoom) - STL Building
