Admission Requirements

1. Requirements

• Photocopy of Report Card (with third grading period)
• Two 1.5 x 1.5 ID picture (full face)
• Testing and Processing Fee


2. Procedure

• Present the photocopy of your card at the Finance Ofice. (Main Bldg.)
and pay the testing fee, then get your receipt.
• Present your receipt and secure Registration form at the University Admissions Office (Main Building)
• Fill-out the necessary information in the Registration Form, then get your test schedule.

1. Eligibility

• Applicants must have a general average of 82% and above.
• Applicants must obtain Very Satisfactory (VS) admission Rating.


2. Requirements

• Form 138 (Report Card)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• 2-copies of 1.5 x 1.5 ID picture
• Testing and Processing Fee
