Academic Grants
MAMERTO G. NEPOMUCENO (MGN)
Open to Top 1% of HAU-HS Batch 2004
Grant equivalent to 100% plus Tuition
The following grants are open to high school students whose graduating batch is 100 and above and who gets a QUALIFIED rating in his/her course applied for:
• Valedictorians - 100% Tuition Grant
• Salutatorians - 75% Tuition Grant
• Upper 10% - 50% Tuition Grant
TALENT SCHOLARSHIPS
The following grants are open to students with special talents who can be certified by HS trainer and are requested to enlist with HAU trainer for audition/try-out.
SPORTS - 50% to 100%
BAND - 50% to 100%
CHORALE - 50% TO 100%
RONDALLA - 50% to 100%
DANCE THEATER - 50% to 100%
Package also includes PE exemption, fee training, uniform and transportation. HAU reserves the right to choose its grantees.

Open to Education &Nursing freshmen
Above average preferably Top 10

HARVEY MACARTHUR GRANT (one slot)
Open to all colleges

Financially disadvantaged
Atty. FRANCISCO SIOPONGCO MEMORIAL GRANT
Open to permanent resident of Mabalacat
HS Gen. Average of 85% and above
Application every SATURDAY at Siopongco
Residence left side of Mabalacat Parish Church
THE EFREN (JUN) LACSON MEMORIAL GRANT
Above average students who are financially needy.
Grant equivalent to 50% to 100%.
Government Grants
SSP (STATE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM)
Open to TOP TEN of the HS batch.
Grant equivalent to P10,000+
PESFA (Private Education Student Financial Assistance)
Open to the TOP 25% of the batch who are willing to enroll in priority course.
Package equivalent to P7,250.00/semester
DOST (Department of Science and Technology)
Open to those who have passed the DOST
Qualifying Exam in February 2004. tuition
Grant equivalent to P4,000 and maximum monthly stipend of P3,000.00
Scholarship Guidelines and Policies
- A student may avail himself of only one (1) scholarship grant regardless of its source: university, non-university or government.
- A student with College Educational Plans may avail himself of merit/academic scholarships, e.g., Academic scholarships, etc.
- A student with a scholarship grant should carry the regular load by the curriculum.
- No student may drop any subject without any permission from the Grants office.
- Any disciplinary action disqualifies the Grantee from his/her scholarship.
- All scholars are required to undergo the Scholar’s Training Program (STP). Number of hours is equivalent to the percentage of grant.
- A scholarship waiver is required to be duly accomplished by the grantee and his/her parent/guardian.
- HAU/Donor reserves the right to choose its grantees.
