Preparatory

Eligibility

• Applicants must be 5 years old by June of the incoming school year.
• Applicants must obtain a Very Satisfactory (VS) admission Rating.

Requirements

• Photocopy of both birth & baptismal certificates
• Nursery school certificate
• 2-copies of 1.5 x .1.5 ID picture

For Transferees (Grade I - IV)

Eligibility

• Applicants must have a general average of 83% and conduct must be below 85% or its equivalent
• Applicants must obtain Very Satisfactory (VS) admission Rating.

Requirements

• Form 138 (Report Card)
• Birth and baptismal certificates (photo copy)
• Letter of recommendation from applicant's adviser or Principal/Guidance counselor
• 2-copies of 1.5 x 1.5 ID picture
