College Admission Information
Applicants who are deemed qualified to profit from the educational program of the College are admitted to the University. The following factors are considered in the evaluation of applications for admission: past scholastic records, scholastic aptitude, character, recommendations and the applicant’s acceptance of the policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the College and the University.
Requirements for Admission
Incoming Freshmen
- College Entrance Test
- Form 138 (Report Card)
- Birth/Baptismal Certificate (photocopy)
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Interview
- Four(4) 1.5 x 1.5 full Face Color Photographs
- Processing Fee
- Consultation (with parents)
For Transferees
- Honorable Dismissal (Transfer Certificates)
- Certified True Copy of Grades
- College Entrance Test
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Birth/Baptismal Certificate (photocopy)
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Barangay Clearance
- Interview
- Four(4) 1.5 x 1.5 Full Face Color Photographs
- Processing fee
- Consultation (with parents)
For Returness and Shifters
- Clearances from: HAU Finance Office, Testing Center, Guidance Center, College Dean's Office
- Interview
- Evaluation of Subjects (Registrar’s Office)
- Advisement paper from the Registrar’s Office, advisement of paper from the Registrar's Office
